The Challenge
r3 engaged with NP Group to;

- Built an HRBP function, a learning and development function, a world-class recruitment operation & opened offices all over the world.
- NP Group RPO facilitated the opening of Dublin office within 6 months to 30 employees.
- Increased the candidate job acceptance rate to 85%.
- Facilitated University Partnerships with Trinity and UCD.
- Increased direct hires to 97% from 30%.
- Helped grow the R3 business from 100 to 300 hires in 3 years.
- Helped dramatically with attrition rates post-covid.
