OT Security Engineer
Responsible for setup and installation of technical systems, applications, or process designs for client’s purchased or outsourced technology and business process solutions. Works directly with client to manage initial access, map and transfer data, create process documentation, and train or coordinate training for client users. Tests and troubleshoots functionality of installed systems; identifies and documents technical issues to be escalated to product and system integration teams for resolution. Provides feedback based on client experiences to product and professional services teams for product and process improvements. May work directly with clients on-site or provide installation support remotely
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
• Bring Subject Matter Expertise (SME) to the OT cybersecurity complex environment (projects and during presales phases)
• Perform client-facing workshop to identify current security posture, align with business and operational priorities, and develop an OT cybersecurity roadmap
• You will write down specifications and documentation related to the project (LLD, HLD, migration plan)
• You will model and deploy solutions as well as migrate and upgrade them.
• Lead consulting interviews across customer key stakeholders to identify cybersecurity risks to OT infrastructure by using a criticality analysis methodology
• Perform OT cybersecurity gap analysis for customers, help to define their cybersecurity strategy, and train them.
• Leverage a good knowledge of Industrial Automation & Control Systems (IACS) to provide recommendations to secure ICS/SCADA system
• Use a value-based consulting approach to develop a business case for OT cybersecurity focusing on high-impact solutions.
Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:
• Experience of 3 years minimum in emerging OT Security frameworks vendors such as Nozomi and Claroty is required.
• A conducting cybersecurity advisory (e.g. Asset inventory, security posture, vulnerability analysis, basic security controls)
• Experience in working with pre-sales and sales teams in defining Scope of Work (SoW)
• Having Fortinet NSE7 OT certification would be a plus.
• Fluent in English and in French is mandatory.
• Very good networking, communication and presentation skills at all levels
• Familiarity with the following concepts/technologies: Cybersecurity reference architecture, zones and conduits, defense-in-depth, end point protection, access control, firewalls, SIEM
