The Challenge
As a rapidly growing global consultancy, D|OPs Digital were looking for a dedicated recruitment partner they could trust to attract and recruit contract and permanent DevOps professionals, in addition to management level staff. They required not only technology specialists but also a recruitment partner that could understand their business model and how they manage resourcing for client projects.
What We Did
The team at NP Talent Solutions were keen to accept the challenge of helping D|OPS Digital recruit the staff they needed to successfuly deploy and run their client projects. The first hiring project began in 2020 and our ongoing business partnership has been driven by the seamless engagement between NP & D|OPs. - We helped dramatically with attrition rates post-covid.
- Orchestrated an accelerated hiring campaign - 25 placements with very few offers rejected, achieving almost 100% record of offer to acceptance
- Achieved excellent hiring metrics - CV to interview and interview to offer were well above market averages
- We recruited Junior Engineers to Senior Leadership level hires as well associate consultants across the UK & Europe
- The team ran a finely tuned and well synchronised campaign with a consistent messaging from all the team at D|Ops. The impressive vision provided by their Executive leadership team generated genuine interest and excitement from the candidates which inspired some great people to join D|OPs Digital.
